**The Role**:
gather. by Cater Care seeks to appoint an energetic and talented Catering Manager to run the day-to-day operations at Shore School in North Sydney

Overlooking our large-scale catering operations, you will be ideally positioned to ensure that our students and faculty are well-provided for with fantastic service and satisfying meals.

Previous management experience (ideally in education) and/or bulk catering is desirable.

Parking available.

**Roster**:
Mon - Fri (9:00am - 5:30pm) - 40 hours (with weekends or evenings when required)

**What This Role Involves**:
Oversight and delivery of catering to students, staff, and guests
Management of site & all contract related catering services (including allergies and specific macro needs of student groups)
Menu planning & stock ordering
Completing daily dietary management
Clear, friendly and consistent client engagement / management
Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
Rostering & recruiting
Financial performance and P&L responsibility with a focus on labor and food costs

Trade Qualifications in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Experience operating kitchens and/or similar catering operations
Food Safety Certification
Clear communication ability and good customer service skills
A valid driver's license will be necessary for success in this role
Advanced qualifications in hospitality management are an advantage but not necessary
