Hays has partnered with a multinational company within the manufacturing company and is looking for a full-function credit controller to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis.
**Your new role**
- Proactively monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and initiate collection efforts
- Allocations
- Collection calls
- Collaborate with customers to resolve payment issues, negotiate payment plans, and ensure positive customer relationships
- Work closely with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Trade references for credit apps

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Full function credit experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Not afraid to pick up the phones
- SAP experience would be advantageous but not essential.
