UniLodge is the leading provider of student accommodation in Australia and New Zealand. We have a growing portfolio of over 110 properties, encompassing over 35,000+ managed beds; it’s a very exciting time to join the UniLodge team

We are seeking a Night Manager to join our University of Sydney - Camperdown team. You will be responsible for all overnight operations ensuring residents receive a consistently exceptional experience. You shall be performing various administrative and support services and fostering a safe, secure and healthy living environment.

**About the role**:

- Manage, record and promptly resolve issues or emergencies that arise while on duty
- Represent as after-hours management, taking full responsibility of the building operations
- Act as a “Mentor” to residents and form a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information and welfare
- Assist with after-hours check in’s & customer service enquiries
- Maintaining a full and detailed log of all incidents and call-outs throughout each shift
- Complete all back or front-office duties as handed over by day team
- Perform perimeter checks, manage in-house quiet hours, attend to emergencies and lockouts

**To be great in this role you will**:

- Experience in providing hands on operational security and incident management in a residential setting
- Previous Front Office experience in a Supervisor or Manager position within a student accommodation or hotel environment
- You love living nocturnally and thrive off working a night-time roster
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to problem-solve and manage conflict
- A focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences

**Our mandatory requirements include**:

- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
- Working with Children’s Check
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand
- Real Estate Qualifications (if applicable at the property)
