**Your Role**

As Underwriter - Motor Fleet for the CGU brand, you’ll manage a broker portfolio, underwriting new business and renewals. You’ll assess moderate to complex risks and collaborate with the Motor Underwriting and Broker Relationship teams, while building strong broker relationships through regular communication and site visits.

This full-time permanent role, based in Naarm (Melbourne CBD), offers a hybrid working arrangement with three days per week in the office and the remainder working from home.

**About You**

Skilled in assessing complex risks and building strong broker relationships, you’re commercially minded and detail-oriented. You bring to the role:

- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to foster internal and broker market relationships
- Up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry trends
- Solid technical underwriting and problem-solving capabilities
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of commercial underwriting experience, ideally in Fleet or Motor
