This newly created full time role is available for immediate commencement based in **Perth (Bibra Lake)** and reporting directly to the Perth Branch Manager

**This role will involve:

Assisting with the day to day operations of a small but growing branch location and your responsibilities will include the following:

- Ensuring a high level of service is provided to customers, both internal and external at all times
- Efficiently and accurately processing customer enquiries and orders using SAP and other internal systems
- Ensuring the Quality Management System within HOERBIGER is adhered to
- Working closely with company sales, service and engineering personnel
- Maintaining relationships with customers to promote and retain business.
- Managing information flow and dealing with different types of customer requirements.
- Keeping customers informed of the status of orders.
- Scheduling of workshop and field service activities

**Requirements** What you'll need to succeed**:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with good attention to detail
- Sound computer skills
- SAP (or similar) ERP system familiarity with aim to become process expert
- Mechanical aptitude with ability to learn fundamentals of product and service offerings
- Ability to work well with other staff in order to expedite enquiry and order processing
- Good understanding of commercial trading processes

The position is full time onsite Monday to Friday.
