We are looking for a Duty Manager to assist leading the strong Front Office team as we navigate through the boom of the hospitality industry. This role would ideally suit someone wanting to step up in their career in a five star hotel environment.

**What you will be doing**:

- Effectively monitoring the operations of the front office
- Provide outstanding guest service for guest satisfaction and retention
- Ensure standards are achieved and procedures maintained
- Mentoring and training fellow Guest Service Agents and Supervisors in OPERA and hotel operations
- Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in similar role in a 4-5 star hotel
- OPERA experience
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Full working rights in Australia essential to be considered for the role
