In Australia, Potato Corner first hit our shores in Dec 2014 with its first and second stores opening in Western Sydney. With high growth potential and exciting opportunities for immediate expansion ahead, we are looking for people who will share in our vision to bring our unique flavoured fries to all parts of Australia.

**About the role**

Potato Corner is seeking an energetic, inspirational and highly engaging individuals to lead our store in **Blacktown Westpoint, NSW**. Ideally you will have experience in a fast food/restaurant environment at a store manager level, 2IC or supervisory position however the role would also be a perfect opportunity for a high achieving apprentice or retail/hospitality graduate to take on the next level of their career ladder.

This will be a challenging role with a competing combination of responsibilities:

- Confidently lead by example and inspire your team to achieve greatness
- Be dedicated to ensuring excellent customer service and analysing ways for the team to increase customer engagement
- Management of all areas of the store operations including store opening and closing
- Stock ordering, receiving and controlling
- Staff management: roster, maintain labour cost targets, appraisals and staff morale
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet KPI's as set out by Management
- Conflict Resolution skills with the ability to turn any confrontation into a positive experience for the customer but also the team
- Strong eye for detail with the ability to maximise customer attraction through marketing
- Ability to complex problem solve and have the resilience to handle difficult situations
- Create and maintain the unique store experience that is Potato Corner.

**About you**

To be a successful leader at Potato Corner, you:

- Have demonstrated retail experience in a retail environment and/or senior role. Although not necessary, working in a franchised fast-food environment will be highly regarded.
- Are passionate about food and have a genuine commitment to the customer.
- Have the ability to build rapport easily and engage with team members.
- Desire to succeed and a sense of accomplishment when your team succeeds.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand the dynamic world of fast food retail.
- Are fun, personable and enjoy being challenged.
- Commitment and flexibility to work - lunchtime to evenings and must be able to work at least one weekend day/evening. There is possibility to have set working days for the right person.
