**"Link Labor Hire"** is a growing recruitment agency, focused on hiring different labors for our respected clients.

We are looking for Assistant Store Managers who can join us immediately in the in a variety store giant to work on full-time role.

**Work Schedule**: 11-day fortnight, minimum 45 hours/week

**Hours**:8:15 AM - 6:00 PM (Wednesday and Thursday: 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM)

**Leave Restrictions**: No leave from October 15th to January 8th (except Public Holidays) and 2 weeks before Easter.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations
- Manage staff and ensure excellent customer service
- Oversee inventory and sales performance
- Assist in merchandising and store presentation

**Benefits**:

**About you**:

- Must have your own vehicle
- Proven retail management experience
- Ability to manage ingredient inventories and to track expiry dates.
- Keen eye for details.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
