**The Role**:

- Diversity of clients across different industries and locations, which allows for interesting work

- Working alongside and learning directly from Matt the director/owner.
- Work from our office in Birtinya, not remote or work from home.
- Can be flexible with start and finish hours to allow for kids pickup, etc.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Accounts payable - Publish bills in Dext, create batch payment files.
- Allocating transactions, bank reconciliation
- Assist with client queries and liaising with accountants.
- Setting up Xero accounts and migrating from other software
- Setting up Dext, and other software.
- General admin tasks when needed.

**About you**:

- **Background**_

Studying or studied Cert IV in bookkeeping or higher
Experience with Xero is essential
- **Soft skills**:_
- Can work across multiple clients daily.
- Friendly demeanour and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail, and quick learner
- Ability to work independently and self driven

**Job Types**: Full-time, Graduate

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (required)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- Xero: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Registered BAS Agent (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
