**Location**:Brisbane | Logan | Gold Cost Area

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in commercial window cleaning is a MUST.
- Experience in high-rise window cleaning.
- Experience and license in abseiling are advantages.
- Must have a current open driver’s license.
- Possess sales and good customer service skills.
- Good communication skills.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- A higher hourly rate will be discussed during the interview depending on the experience.
- 20% commission for up-sales.
- 10% commission for closed business deals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Commercial window cleaning.
- Pressure cleaning.
- Use of elevated work platforms (EWP).
- High wash systems (water-fed poles).
- Rope access.
- BMU access.
- Façade maintenance.
- Ensure a safe work environment
- Cater client bookings
- Good customer service skills with clients and other team members
- Preparation of daily paperwork and receipt of payments from customers.
