**Qualifications**:

- Experience in commercial window cleaning is a **MUST**
- Experience in high raise window cleaning
- Experience and license in abseiling is an advantage
- Must have a current open driver’s license
- Possess sales and good customer service skills
- Good communication skills

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Higher hourly rate and will be discussed during the interview depending on the experience
- 20% commission for up-sales
- 10% commission for closed business deals

**Responsibilities**:

- Commercial window cleaning
- Pressure cleaning
- Use of elevated work platforms (EWP)
- High wash systems (water fed poles)
- Rope access
- BMU access
- Façade Maintenance
- Ensure safe work environment
- Cater client bookings
- Good customer service skills with clients and other team members
- Preparation of daily paperwork and receipt of payments from customers.
