**Rostering Officer **to join a
**Private Healthcare Business **located in the
**North of Brisbane**. You will be joining a large team that supports and delivers a range of services to the organisation including Human Resources, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Staff Care, Payroll and Work Health and Safety.

**THE ROLE**:

- Rostering and managing staff leave entitlements
- Working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to prepare, undertake and maintain external accreditation requirements
- Allocate appropriate staff with relevant skills and knowledge per rostering guidelines
- Available for afterhours on-call roster
