**What We Offer**:
Our Care Car program provides older individuals with an affordable, safe, and age-friendly transportation option, allowing them to maintain their independence while living at home. Supported by our Community Foundation, the Care Cars are volunteer-driven, ensuring that this essential service remains affordable for those who rely on it for everything from medical appointments to visits with loved ones.

**The Role**:
As a volunteer driver, you’ll help clients get to and from vital appointments, local shops, family visits, and more. This is a highly rewarding role where you’ll get to connect with the community and help those in need. It's perfect for volunteers who enjoy interacting with people, have excellent communication skills, and possess a compassionate nature.

We provide modern, safe, fully-maintained vehicles, along with smartphones for easy navigation and communication with our support team.

**Hours of Operation**:

- Mondays and Fridays, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Suitable for Centrelink volunteers

**Requirements**:
To join our Care Car program, you will need:

- A current Driver Licence (C)
- A National Police Certificate for the purpose of aged care (or be willing to obtain one)
