**Department Vision**

The Marketing Assistant provides support and assistance to the marketing team across all ICC Group properties and businesses to ensure the efficient operation of the team across invoicing, reporting, data entry, promotions and communications. This is a part time role covering 3 days a week.

**About you and the role**

There is plenty to keep you engaged and contributing. Here's a taste of some of your duties:

- Administration duties including but not limited to compiling invoicing and associated documents for processing by finance
- Undertake administrative projects as delegated by the Executive Manager, Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinators
- Collaborate with wider marketing and operational teams to help deliver high quality marketing promotions, projects, displays, decorations and marketing collateral
- Liaise with graphic designer/agency on marketing collateral and artwork where necessary
- Contribute with creativity and flair to ideas for promotions and events and assist with development, planning and execution
- Support marketing coordinators to prepare and proofread marketing copy
- Ensure efficient and accurate communications from the Marketing Department
- Provide support with regular reporting on promotion and entertainment results
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with:

- Tenants and contractors including graphic design agency, entertainment agents and entertainers/performers
- ICC Group staff across all businesses and Clubs
- All Managers and Senior Leadership team members
- Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in the industry.

**Skills/Qualifications**
- Exceptional administrative and organisational skills
- Responsible Service of Alcohol & Responsible Conduct of Gaming certificates
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite an advantage but not essential
- Experience in a member-based organisation
