An opportunity has opened for a Product Assistant to join our business that is growing at a rapid rate and in demand of our product LEDVANCE Lighting Australia is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic professional to assist the product management team manage our product roadmap and strategy.

The role is a dynamic Product Assistant position assisting a small group of specialized people and management stakeholders in a professional customer service focused environment. The Company markets to retailers, project managers and electrical wholesalers operating in major segments such as construction, public works and general infrastructure and is seeking candidates who are comfortable dealing with key stakeholders within the LEDVANCE team.

Ideal candidates for this key assistant role will have a demonstrable track record of success in an environment where electrical technical competence is an expected prerequisite. You will already have had some marketing or customer service responsibility and have worked in a marketplace where a consultative style and outstanding customer service are business fundamentals.

Qualifications in a relevant electrical discipline will be very well regarded coupled with technical ability, enthusiasm, flexibility, industry knowledge and Mandarin language skills would be a significant advantage.
