Your Impact
- Working as a part of a fun, energetic and dynamic sales team, you will:

- Communicate with potential members exploring the world of private health insurance, listening to their requirements, and making informed suggestions on coverage- Make sure our potential members are fully informed with accurate information about their product and entitlements-
- Nurture outbound leadsThe best partYou will get to enjoy a sleep-in every day This role will see you starting between 9:30am -11:00am, wrapping up your day by 8:30pm - Monday to Friday.
- Even though we do work remotely, we’d still like to come together from time to time to collaborate, enjoy each other's company and eat food

If you are to be successful and progress to the next stage, it is required for you to attend our virtual assessment centre on Wednesday 6th July.

We are looking for people who:
Demonstrate passion, hustle, and a true drive to succeed - we don’t necessarily need previous sales experience-
- Possess a winning and positive attitude and so will fit right in with our awesome culture and team-
- Work well in a team and see the big picture for company cohesion and growth-
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships over the phone and in zoom meetings-
- Are well organised and will take ownership of the role-
- Is excited by high call volumes and overachieving on KPI's and targets-
- Have meticulous follow up and follow-through-
- Have the ability to be curious and ask questions to match needs to a solution- Benefits
