**full-time, **with a tailored training program delivered upon commencement. We ensure that you have the necessary skills and training to provide consistent and quality customer service, to ensure your success in the role.

**What we need from you**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role or medical administration
- Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems to input and retrieve information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
