**The Role**:
The Service Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of service section, scheduling two Service Technicians as well as assisting with customer enquiries and counter sales.

**_You must meet the below criteria: _**
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record in customer service, effective service strategies and employee management
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competent with use of computer and mobile communication devices
- Experience with Pronto Software or similar tier 1 software
- Able to commit to Monday to Friday
- Available Immediately

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
