**Job Title: Penetration Tester**

**Location: Brisbane, Australia**

**Duration: 12 months + extension**

**Rate: Will pay market rate - circa $1000/d (flexible for the right person)**

We are looking for a skilled Penetration Tester to join our clients security team in Brisbane on a contract basis. As a Penetration Tester, you will be responsible for identifying security vulnerabilities in their systems and infrastructure, and recommending solutions to enhance our security posture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Documenting and reporting findings to management and technical teams
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement solutions to mitigate vulnerabilities and enhance security
- Developing and maintaining testing methodologies, procedures, and tools
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and security threats, and recommending best practices to enhance our security posture

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in penetration testing or related field
- In-depth knowledge of penetration testing tools and methodologies
- Experience with network protocols and infrastructure technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or CISSP are a plus
