To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Completed a Diploma in Child Services or similar as approved by ACECQA
- Have at least two years experience in the sector
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Current Working With Children's Check (employment)
- COVID Vaccination certificate

You will need to demonstrate:

- Drive and energy to continue to be a lifelong learner and share this with your peers, families, and children
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and confidence
- Flexibility to work within the operational hours of an education and care service
- Understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)
- Knowledge of the NQS and NQF
- A strong focus on community
- Above all else your heart must be in the job with a passion that shines so bright it is impossible to not feel and see it

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:
