We celebrate our Centenary in 2024 - 100 years of educating children with a proud history of connection with the local community and our enrolments are always at capacity. We provide a range of programs including: - Sessional Three Year Old Kindergarten - Sessional Four Year Old Kindergarten - Extended Hours Four Year Old Kindergarten - an Occasional Care Program for Three to Five Year Old children on Fridays **Work Days of the Role** Monday to Friday inclusive **Hours of Work of the Role** Permanent Full Time: Regular shifts Mon-Fri, within our operating hours 7.30 am to 6.00 pm, but generally 8.30 am to 5.00 pm shifts. **Description** **Qualifications** Minimum of a Diploma in Children's Services. In the past, this role has been a good starting point for a beginning teacher who is not ready to take on an "in-charge role", but would like to learn in a supportive kindergarten environment. This has allowed the Diploma Qualified Educator to occasionally step in to the teaching role to fill in for sick days and PD training etc without the full responsibility of a teaching role from the outset. **Requirements**: WWCC **Additional Requirements** Mandatory Reporting Training Module, WWC Check + National Police Check Lady Forster Kindergarten is a child safe and equal opportunity employer.
