We are seeking experienced Male Disability Support Workers for in-home support and for community access in Pakenham area (VIC).

We are looking for a support worker who enjoy's the outdoors, going to activities with their clients such as : baseball, gym, hiking

Your primary responsibility will be to support NDIS participants living with a disability. This role is perfect for someone with a person-centred approach, who is energetic and excited to make a difference in people’s lives and is passionate about the work they do.

**Responsibilities of Support Worker**:
Good verbal communication skills

Supporting the client with daily routines

Supporting the client with in house and external activities

Adhering to company policies and procedures

**Support Worker needs to have**:
1. Current relevant qualification

2. First Aid Certificate

3. Eligibility To Work in Australia

4. Working With Children Certificate

5. Driver's License

6. Car Insurance Details

7. NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

9. COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

10. Police Check
