**About the Role**:
As a support worker with Alpha Disability Support, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to clients with a range of disabilities across various locations in Melbourne. This may include:

- Assisting with personal care tasks
- Supporting community access and participation
- Providing domestic assistance
- Implementing individual support plans
- Promoting independence and well-being

We have opportunities for support workers with flexible hours.

**About You**:
We are looking for support workers who are:

- Experienced in disability support (or hold relevant qualifications)
- Empathetic, patient, and understanding
- Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Committed to person-centred support
- Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent)
- Possess a valid Australian driver's license and reliable transport
- Have a current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check
