**About the Role**

As an NDIS Youth Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with disabilities to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing one-on-one support to young clients, fostering independence and confidence.
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Supporting clients to participate in community activities, education, and recreational programs.
- Building meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and stakeholders.
- Implementing individualized support plans and maintaining accurate documentation.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A genuine passion for working with young people and making a positive impact.
- Experience in disability support, youth work, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Federal Police Check
- A current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- A valid NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Comprehensive Insurance on that vehicle
- A Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
