**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver **domestic support** (cleaning, laundry, meals, medication reminders)
- Assist with **community access** (appointments, outings, errands)
- Support individuals with **mental health challenges**:

- Provide **personal care** for clients with physical or complex needs
- Safely operate equipment (e.g., hoists, electric wheelchairs)
- **Monitor and document** client outcomes
- Build meaningful, trust-based relationships

**We’re Looking For People With**:

- Minimum **6 months experience** in disability or youth support (NDIS preferred)
- Strong documentation and note-taking skills
- A heart for **empowerment, respect, and real care**:

- Proven proficiency in:

- Hoist use
- Food handling
- Manual handling
- Medication support
- Electric wheelchair operation

**Required Checks & Certifications**:

- Certificate III in Disability, Mental Health, or similar
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
