As a Student Services Officer you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, maintaining high satisfaction levels, and ensuring our high volume of student enquiries are responded to promptly and effectively.

**You’ll achieve this by**:

- Fostering a service-centric mindset within the team
- Providing frontline student support and dealing with any concerns or problems that may arise
- Working closely with admissions, academic and marketing teams to ensure efficient and timely student admin and stakeholder objectives
- Demonstrating awareness of diverse cultural and social backgrounds while having a sensitive and supportive approach
- Developing further knowledge about the administration of the student lifecycle

**Experience**:

- Experience in a client services role within the international education sector
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to excel in a busy high volume environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy also in time-sensitive situations
- Experience in working as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate with clarity and ease

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
