**About the Company**

This leading organisation, who dominate the health insurance industry, are doing very exciting things across the business and due to demand, they are seeking an experienced Content Specialist to deliver content initiatives and experiences to attract, retain and engage members across owned communication channels.

**Day to day responsibilities**

Rports to the Senior Content Designer you will deliver digital content that drives growth and engagement across web, mobile and published channels.
- Act as a champion of the organisation brand tone and voice, style guidelines and working with brand and content owners to drive innovative and effective content that increases engagement and understanding within target audiences.
- Use research, data and insights to inform development and delivery of digital content..
- Contribute to the cross-channel content calendar to give business full visibility of activity and metrics.
- Maintain a sound understanding of issues, trends and directions in digital content and the broader healthcare space.
- Experience in the field of health, health insurance finance or other regulated category is highly desirable.
- Knowledge and experience in analytics, with an understanding of key marketing metrics and how to analyse them to improve on marketing campaigns.
- Experience in using AEM, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, JIRA, Confluence and Excel desirable.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies.
- A genuine interest in health and wellbeing
