About the Role
- Manage an allocated workload to deliver disciple specific services, including assessment, intervention and evaluation within a multidisciplinary team in accordance with established clinical & departmental protocols, policies and procedures, utilising evidence based practice and ethical standards and under clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of senior staff.
- Acts as a clinical reference point with the referring team and responds to every-day clinical demands.
- Lead and collaborate on the development of evidence-based clinical practices, policies and protocols within Addiction and Mental Health Services.
