**The Role**

As Scheduler, you will be instrumental in the team as you work to assist with the coordination of the support staff care team across Adelaide to ensure suitable staff are appropriately matched to clients.

You will be using your natural relationship building skills, along with your amazing organisational skills to screen support staff and allocate them appropriately to the right area and to the right clients.

You will be reporting to, and working closely with the Operations Manager, as well as liaising with the wider office team of 6 passionate and switched on individuals, including the Compliance Manager and Intake Officer.

You will be responsible for ensuring all rostered shifts are covered for 60 staff, and will be the go to person for to organise shifts and 'fill the gaps'.

You will also be communicating with clients, using your rapport building skills to provide an excellent service.
- Coordinating the Rostering of care staff across Adelaide
- Assisting with last minute rostering, communicating with care staff to organise support
- Communicating with internal stakeholders to gain understanding of clients
- Creating & preparing availability reports using CRM (Shiftcare)

**About You**
- You have strong Rostering/Scheduling experience in community services (Aged Care or Disability is a bonus)
- You are empathetic, a great communicator and are able to understand client needs matched to the right care workers
- You are tech savvy & have experience working with a rostering system
