About the role:
As the Capital Transactions Analyst, you will support the Industrial Transactions team to deliver on modelling, due diligence, process improvements and analysis related to transactional activity. This role will see you working within a high performing and dedicated internal team to deliver on exceptional results. You will work closely with our team of Transactions Managers.

How will you make an impact:

- Undertake valuation modelling, ensuring accurate cash flows, suitable forecasts and market assumptions.
- Monitor market transaction activity and report to the broader business.
- Assist with the preparation of internal approval papers for the Dexus Investment Committee
- Provide support throughout due diligence processes for all acquisition and disposal activity.
- Work collaboratively and diligently in delivering results within the Transactions team

About You:

- 3-5 years’ experience in an analytical capacity; Valuations, Developments or Capital Transactions
- Experience within the Property Industry preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with internal and external parties.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative, work with mínimal supervision and assume full responsibility for completion of tasks.
- Positive attitude and team spirit with demonstrated ability to get on with a range of people with diverse personalities.
- Highly flexible and adaptable in a changing and demanding environment.
- Able to maintain confidence/deal with highly sensitive information.
