**About the Role**:
As Assistant Store Manager you will be reporting to and supporting the Store Manager in store operations, sales, financial growth, team management and ensuring the highest level of service is provided. This role will also see you:

- Support the Store Manager in leading and guiding a team of dedicated and driven retail experts
- Complete operational activities including rostering, inventory management, VM and reporting
- Lead by example in championing genuine and personalised service experiences
- Contribute to the achievement sales and KPI targets
- Actively promote the brand as a Nine West ambassador

**About you**:
We are seeking an ambitious and committed individual who is driven to achieve results whilst ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. As well as this, the following skills and attributes will contribute to your success in the role:

- Experience in retail, ideally fashion retail
- High standards of customer service delivery
- Ability to foster a team culture of collaboration and communication
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead by example
