Coffee is also something we do not take lightly. We believe that not only having a great Donut experience but also there is nothing better than having a fantastic coffee that goes along with it. We also pride ourselves on the perfect mocha. We are not just your normal destination for a hot chocolate or mocha.

We work along side one of Australia's best and well known speciality coffee brands and we are looking for someone that takes coffee serious and also will take it to the next level. Someone that thrives on being busy all the time but also being able to serve the highest quality at the same time. Someone that can give that wow factor in customer service and be the talk of the centre.

We are looking for the below:
**The role of Assistant Store Manager at Brooklyn**:

- A key member of the store management team
- Playing a lead role in setting and achieving store goals and celebrating the wins
- Using initiative to problem solve and make Brooklyn Donut & Coffee Co a great place to work
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences and coaching the team to do the same
- Making our outstanding donuts & coffee
- Helping deliver store results set by the store manager and Head Office
- Creating and maintaining a safe environment, so everyone feels they belong
- Leading by example and motivating the store team to achieve beyond the expected.
- Championing a great team culture.
- Helping the store manager hire, train and performance manage where needed.
- Assist the store manager with store labour budgets set
- Assist in the COG's to ensure KPI's are met and followed

**You’ll have**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Coffee experience preferred but not essential
- Strong operational knowledge that’s shared to inspire the team
- The initiative to solve problems and make Brooklyn Donut & Coffee Co a great place to work
- Proven success in a people leadership role is essential to be considered in this position.
- Experience in a fast paced food environment or QSR brand is preferred, but not essential
- Full-time availability and flexible to work weekends
