**Talent International** is currently recruiting for a **Human Resources Advisor **to work for an** NSW Government **based in **Parramatta/Hybrid**. This is contract role initially **2 months contract with the view to be extended.** The role is paying **$65/hour + Super.**

7 hours per day, 35 hours per week.

**Location - Justice Precinct Offices | 160 Marsden St**

**The duties would be**:

- Provide high level expert advice, consultancy, case management and support on complex workplace issues, misconduct, end to end investigations including allegations of reportable conduct and incidents in accordance with legislative requirements and internal policies and practices
- Research and prepare advice in the form of briefs, policy and discussion papers to contribute to responses to the Chief Executive Officer, Directors or Business requests
- Partner with agency leaders and staff to design, develop and deliver evidence based expert advice and fit for purpose HR strategies, programs, tools and innovative best practice solutions that respond to current and future business needs and priorities
- Exercising sound judgement, empathy and discretion when dealing with sensitive human resource management matters whilst ensuring sensitive conduct related matters are managed consistently with the legislative framework in a high-volume work environment.
