**REFORMER PILATES TRAINING MANAGER**
Role Type: Hybrid (Teaching + Management) 15+ Hours/Week

Are you a passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor looking to make an impact? We are seeking a leader and teacher to manage and develop our Reformer Pilates Program. You will be passionate about lifting the Reformer Pilates standards in the business, developing Reformer Teachers and building the Reformer Pilates culture.

**About the Role**:
As the Reformer Pilates Training Manager you’ll be responsible for:

- Improving the Reformer Pilates Standards through the development of program training manuals
- Delivering Targeted training and workshops to enhance teacher skills
- Creating and supporting the delivery of the Reformer Pilates Level 1 Teacher Training and ongoing Reformer Training Pathway
- Ensuring teachers are delivering to standard by communicating and conducting regular assessments
- Designing and resourcing program schedules that maximise member retention
- Recruiting new Reformer instructors as required
- Ensuring class descriptions are enticing and accurate
- Assisting with equipment and staff sourcing for new studios
- Teaching regularly across the business and keeping your skills current through regular self development
- Being a advocate for the TotalFusion Reformer Pilates Brand and creating a positive culture within the team and the members that promotes increased member attendance

**Who you are**:
Reformer Pilates Training Manager you will:

- Be a qualified passionate and experienced Reformer Pilates Teacher ideally with previous leadership and/or education skills
- Be a positive and professional role model for all members of the team
- Be confident leading and managing large teams
- Be highly organised and proactive
- Have a good understanding of excel/sheets and a practical business sense to develop programming that supports profit
- Be a self starter who is confident educating all levels of Reformer instructors
- Be committed to the Brand both inside and outside the club

**Qualifications Required**:

- Certificate IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
Reformer Pilates Certification
- First Aid/CPR
- TAE (preferred)
