Field Coach Trainer

**Position**:
We are searching for our next in-store **Field Coach Trainer**for **Queensland**.

As a vital part of our learning and development team, you are responsible for delivering effective training and coaching of retail teams to become true ambassadors of our brand culture and values. Through empowering our teams, you will allow individuals to master their skills and will be a key support to them on their career trajectory.

Your role will act as a retail excellence partner to our Store Managers to deliver clear training paths and resources which will enable our retail teams to enhance their own development, excel in Client Experience and elevate their skills to strengthen their impact to the business.

**Job responsibilities**:
As a Field Coach, you will deliver effective coaching and training with team performance at the heart of your strategy. You will be responsible for the following:

- Supporting the development of individual team members at all levels according to their needs, through active listening and observation
- Supporting Store Managers through training and coaching, and providing resources enabling them to be able to build individual development plans for their teams, and coaching their teams on developing their skills
- Provide on-going feedback to Store Managers on the performance/progress of individual team members
- Leverage on internal Client Voice results to coach individuals and support the store to improve root cause of dissatisfaction
- Drive key training initiatives, e.g. “Client Experience”, through active and sustained in-store coaching contributing to the culture of shop-floor focus and positive recognition
- In collaboration with Merchandising team, develop skills that combine product information with selling in order to optimize cross-selling and other KPI performance
- Ensure the Store Management team has full visibility on training activities (progress, required actions, concerns etc.) making recommendations as needed
- Manage and monitor the quality and impact of all in-store training via follow up, partnering with the Store Management team, maintaining an active shop floor presence to observe subsequent implementation and ensure true retention of training contents.
- Identify potential training talent within the store to develop and partner in coaching and mentoring others
- Facilitate on-boarding of new team members, ensuring a consistent on-boarding whilst liaising with HR to ensure proactive planning for new employees
- Ensure regular liaison with all stakeholders, giving feedback on progress to the individual, their Manager and HR during on boarding, induction and ongoing.

**Profile**:

- Experience in a management role in a retail specialty or store environment
- Ability to build and develop relationships across all stakeholder levels of a business
- Ability to energise, motivate teams and drive performance
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated capability to express empathy and understanding whilst being able to coach and deliver constructive feedback
- Attentive to detail with demonstrated time management, prioritization and organisation skills
- Able to deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly to change
