**Client**
This dynamic private owner developer for industrial, retail, commercial and hospitality facilities is expanding their team to enhance their capacity and expertise in the facilities management arena. This will help future proof the business as they increase their assets under management through further developments.

**The Role**
The Property Administration position with a diverse role working within the Property Management and Development team to provide administration, financial and office support. A key component of this position is the management of the Lease Administration function.
- Responsibility for accurate Tenancy Schedules
- Activating incoming leases
- Conducting Lease Audits
- Assistance with Debtors Management
- General support to Property Accountant and CFO
- Processing of accounts payable invoices, monthly reporting and annual outgoings audit
- Development/Sales Office support.
- Ideally 2 years' experience in a similar Property Admin role
- Previous Shopping Centre or Business Park experience highly regarded
- 2 + years' experience in finance/administration
- Excellent communication skills
