**What you will do**
FinXL is currently looking for a Management Consultant to support our client on a large
organisational transformation. This is a long-term program of work where you'll be working with
stakeholders across multiple divisions of a large financial services client.
In this role you will be responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships. You will be working
closely with the Program Director & Change Director assisting with project planning, change impact
assessments, training and communication plans. You will play a vital role in ensuring the
organisation achieves its people, technology and process change objectives.

You will be responsible for the following:

- Responsible for the development of comprehensive organisational business strategies, aligning goals with the
- Evaluate organisational readiness for change by conducting thorough assessments of current processes, culture, and stakeholder dynamics.
- Design and manage the implementation of enterprise-wide change management initiatives, fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience.
- Utilised effective communication and stakeholder engagement strategies to mitigate resistance and facilitate smooth transitions during periods of change.

In order to be considered for this role you require 5+ years management consulting experience
- level change. You will have financial services domain expertise and experience spanning both project
delivery and change management. You will be an effective communicator with strong stakeholder
management skills.
