Founded in 2007, Linkforce started with a small crew of shutdown specialists and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 3000 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an Employee Engagement Administrator. Offered on a full time permanent basis this position is based at our new CBD Head Office.

**THE ROLE**
- Managing incoming calls to the Engagement Department and assisting when able or transferring them to the relevant team member
- Managing the Engagement inbox and ensuring all queries are actioned in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to the Engagement team as required
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of all necessary Engagement documents for new employees
- Organise new employees client/site inductions
- Process relevant forms and paperwork, ensuring all documents are completed and filed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current Linkforce business needs
