**About the role**

There is no better time than now to join our high performing Office Leasing team in the role of Marketing Executive based in the Melbourne CBD office. We are seeking a marketing professional with a background in property or professional services to join this market leading team. This pivotal role will see you supporting our Melbourne CBD and Melbourne Metro Office Leasing teams, ensuring effective marketing campaigns are executed and the Colliers brand is maximised through both traditional and digital marketing initiatives. **Key responsibilities include**:

- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including marketing material preparation, sales kit preparation, advertising activities and mail outs
- Preparation and project management of marketing and property submissions, client presentations and proposals
- Enhance the online presence of all teams and develop a digital strategy to maximise performance
- Assist with business development activities including ongoing marketing, sales and public relations, client engagement events
- Provide progress reports and attend regular project campaign meetings
- Liaise with media and creative organisations to account manage our relationship and drive the broader internal operator relationship
- Develop recommendations for property marketing initiatives, and provide detailed reports and analysis to track ROI and engagement levels

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role you will possess;**
- Prior experience in a similar role, with a strong preference for property or professional services
- Experience and exposure to Adobe InDesign or Illustrator
- Superior time management with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholder expectations and day-to-day duties simultaneously
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail, ensuring production of consistent, quality reports, submissions and brochures
- Demonstrated ability to research and formulate a marketing strategy based on provided briefs
- Experience dealing with advertising and creative agencies, print companies, media, web portals and other relevant suppliers
