**The opportunity**

We have an opportunity available for a Superannuation Manager to join our Business Services & Management Accounting team. As a Superannuation Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the superannuation division in relation to the servicing of clients, management of assignments and work flow, and any employee issues that may arise to ensure the objectives of clients and the team are met.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee all self-managed superannuation fund work to ensure high-quality service.
- Foster positive, professional relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Continually improve productivity and efficiency individually, within the team, across the firm.
- Identify and action business development opportunities.
- Guide and support junior team members towards effective performance and goal achievement.

**Your experience and attributes**

To be considered for this role you must hold a Bachelor of Commerce, or Business qualification with a major in Accounting and possess a CA or CPA qualification. You will have a strong understanding and knowledge of the Australian Superannuation legislation including the Accounting Standards and the Australian Auditing Standards in respect to the regulation of Self-Managed Super Funds.
