Premium Building Management Pty Ltd is looking for a Building Manager with around 4- 5 year’s experience.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Building Manager - residential
- 4-5 year’s experience in similar roles
- Managing approx. 170 lot building
- Manage contractors for servicing and repairs
- Assist with building rectification works
- Core hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Manage day to day requests from residents**:

- **Assist manage rectifications with the strata team**:

- **Enforce strata by-laws**:

- **Manage all contractors**:

- **Manage preventative maintenance and repairs**:

- **Prepare and submit monthly reporting**:

- **Dispute resolutions**:

- **Attend strata meeting as required**

**The **successful applicant **will have previous Building Management background experience and demonstrate the following**:

- **At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience in residential building management**:

- **Overall understanding of property maintenance and repairs procedures**:

- **Good understanding of mechanical assets**:

- **Good understanding of OH&S requirements**:

- **Excellent communication skills both written and verbal**:

- **Strong customer service focus**:

- **Proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
