Have you managed a junior conveyancer before? Would you like to stretch yourself and mentor a team of up to 10. Fun, vibrant and social environment.

**The Role**
In this role you will be working predominantly on residential files, but commercial files on occasion. You will be running files from start to finish and assisting with building upon this area of the firm’s operations. You will have amazing support in place to assist you in maintaining your workload.

Your responsibilities include but not limited:

- Running commercial, residential, and off-the-plan conveyancing files from inception to completion
- Preparing correspondence associated with conveyancing transactions
- Performing settlements on the PEXA platform
- Training and supervising junior conveyancing staff
- Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships across all matters
- Demonstrating high-level technical ability in conveyancing

To be suitable for this opportunity, as the applicant it will be exemplary to have thorough understanding of end-to-end residential conveyancing transactions, be deadline driven, have high attention to detail and have the capability to work autonomously on files.
