You will play a critical role in shaping the success of key strategic partner products for the group. Your previous Product Owner experience will allow you to bring the best out of your team.

You will work closely with other Product Owners and Portfolio Managers, as well as a highly talented team within an agile environment. Your role will be crucial to the successful delivery of a partner product,

**What Does An Average Day Look Like?**

No day is average at **humm **but here’s an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:

- Constantly seek to understand the needs, pain points and expectations of our customers as well as market trends through qualitative feedback and data
- Understand the competitive landscape, embrace the challenges of the market and regulatory environment
- Develop a customer and data-led product roadmap designed to address customers pain points and gain market share by delivering unrivalled products, services, and experiences
- Be a dynamic and driven Product Owner who will manage their product squads through Agile by building high-performing cross functional teams
- Effectively prioritise the day to day delivery of the product roadmap by balancing customers’ demands, operational efficiencies and business returns
- Care for people, invest time in helping others reach their full potential and promote their achievements

**Who will thrive in this role?**

You will be product obsessed and with your ability to make clear and correct decisions around prioritising will be key. You are a product evangelist and can communicate exceptionally and passionately across the whole business and deeply into your squad.

You will be someone who:

- Brings an obsession around creating a positive customer experience, a commitment to searching for simplicity in complexity, placing an importance on digital functionality and enablement
- Possesses a level of Commercial acumen - an understanding of the financials behind running a product, how we can seek and maximise efficiencies
- Comfortable working in a highly matrixed and agile environment - ability to build rapport and relationships quickly, can understand and effectively prioritise competing challenges, can navigate ambiguity with ease
- Possesses Strong execution focus, in an agile environment - proven track record of working successfully in an agile/scrum environment
