Join our dynamic team as a Concierge team member - Porter / Valet in the heart of Brisbane City, Australia We're looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests and visitors.

**What you will be doing**:

- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, offering a warm welcome and providing information about the property and local attractions
- Manage luggage handling, including carrying and transporting bags to and from guest rooms
- Operate valet parking services, safely parking and retrieving guests' vehicles
- Assist with guest requests and inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas
- Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Assist with special events and VIP arrivals as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property amenities and local area information.

**Qualifications**

- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to anticipate guest needs
- Effective time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A true desire to work, grow and develop in the guest facing operations of a luxury city hotel
- An enthusiastic approach, excellent attention to detail and superior customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly personality paired with professionalism and a high standard of personal presentation
- Open driver’s license (Manual Desirable)
- Physical strength with the ability to safely lift and carry heavy items and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends.
