We are looking for a client focused and confident individual that isn't afraid of jumping straight into the deep end and working in a fast-paced environment. As the National Program Executive, you will build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal service levels for the client.
Time Management, attention to detail, and juggling conflicting priorities are essential in this role; if you can work under pressure, you will find this role an interesting and challenging opportunity

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage program operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective field and client timelines
- Lead or supports win/win negotiations that lead to stronger strategic partnerships
- Take ownership and accountability for driving the strategic direction of the client’s program
- Work closely with the Client Service Manager to develop and present analysis and recommendations on areas of opportunity within the program
**About You**:
- Previous experience in a Client or Sales Coordinator role is desired
- Previous field or retail experience will be highly regarded particularly within FMCG
- Ability to resolve issues, adapt to change and refine processes
- Strong IT skills (MS Office skills especially Excel)
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
