**What will you do?**

**Primary**
- Well verse in zoom and teams meeting.
- Good knowledge on Meeting room and AV equipment.
- Familiar with Creston systems.
- Familiar with Cisco TP.
- Familiar with Surface hub.
- Familiar with Poly VC.
- Familiar with Poly Trio.
- Familiar with projections using cables and solstice system.
- Conduct weekly check for all the meeting rooms.
- Basic troubleshooting for AV equipment and work closely with multimedia team to get the issue resolved following the standard operation process.
- Setting up meetings for users.
- Liaising with stakeholder and Vendor on Event support and Townhall support.
- Escort vendor when required.
- Good working knowledge in Windows and MAC OS.
- Good Hardware and software troubleshooting skills for PC.
- Basic Knowledge on DEP for Apple product.
- Basic knowledge on both Air Watch and Intune
- Basic troubleshooting skills for IOS and android devices.
- A good team player.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Customer centric and focus on service excellence.
- Any other duties assigned
- Able to support off hours as and when needed.
- Handles asset and peripherals inventory management for SEA.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Smart Phones, AV Conferencing Systems, Printers and PC hardware
- Able to uphold a positive attitude at all times, even under stressful conditions
- Experience supporting remote facilities and users
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism and strong personal interaction skills
- Ability to perform in-depth research and troubleshooting for complex technical issues
- Ability to prioritize and complete all work tasks with mínimal supervision
- Ability to walk, bend, stand for long hours, and lift equipment up to 50 pounds
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
- High School Diploma (required)
- Deskside / Desktop / End User Computer experience, ideally in a corporate environment
- Proven ability to handle challenging, rapid-response user support
- Proven ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks
