The Stinking Bishops is a triple-concept venue in Newtown, Sydney, restaurant, café, and retail cheese shop in one. We’re passionate about artisanal cheeses, specialty coffee, European-inspired dishes, and creating a welcoming space for our loyal community. **The Role**:
We’re seeking a full-time floor staff member (approx 45 hours/week) to join our close-knit team. You’ll work directly alongside the owners and play a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Business Hours**:

- **Café**: Sunday to Friday, 7am-2:30pm
- **Restaurant**: Tuesday to Friday, 5pm-10pm; Saturday, 12pm-10pm
- _Rosters will be set based on your skills and experience._

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy hospitality setting
- Confident coffee-making/barista skills
- Strong interest in wine and cheese (knowledge is a bonus, but passion to learn is essential)
- Italian language skills are a strong plus
- Outstanding customer service, most of our guests are regulars, so building relationships and sharing knowledge is priority number one
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work across a variety of service periods as rostered
- Full Australian working rights
