Our service based in Carey Donvale**is looking for a passionate and caring Educator for children in our before and after school care capacity. This is a **permanent part-time position at 17 hours per week all year round** - the perfect balance

Shift times will be Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program). Must be currently undergoing or working towards an approved Diploma Qualification as per ACECQA.

**About the role**
Working in a team of Educators, you will have support of a Coordinator to seamlessly run before and after school care for children aged 5-12 years:

- Facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Work with a team of skilled Educators onsite

**Who are we looking for?**
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:

- Enjoy working with kids
- Strong and clear communication
- Team player with a desire to become a service leader
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
- Australian work rights
- ** Obtained or studying towards a relevant Diploma level qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA**

**Qualifications**
Monday to Friday 2.30pm-6.00pm. Must be diploma qualified.
