- I’m currently seeking an experienced General Manager / Facility Manager for an Aged Care Facility in the Cootamundra region, for a leading Aged Care provider - this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for a highly rewarding challenge whilst maintaining their work life balance with Monday - Friday work hours.
- All General Managers will have excellent support from Regional Managers, Clinical Care Managers, ACFI Coordinators, Regional Educators, BA’s and Rostering Coordinators as well as a strong clinical team.

- Experienced in a Senior Management role within an Aged Care Facility
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- High level leadership capabilities
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to effectively discuss and oversee budgets
