市場開拓（GTM）部門のセントラル ストラテジー＆オペレーション チームに所属するビジネス インテリジェンス アナリストは、勤務地域のリーダーシップ チームと協力してビジネス チャンスの分析と見極めを行い、実現に向けて計画を立てることを通じて、ビジネスの成長と改善を促すポジションです。また、第一広告営業本部、セントラル ストラテジー チーム、複数の市場参入チームと協力して、地域のビジネス上の重要な優先事項を実行し、Google のビジネス部門を支援していただきます。幅広い市場開拓テーマに取り組み、さまざまな側面からビジネスに関わってください。分析力の駆使を通じて、市場開拓チームが戦略的決定を下し、ビジネス目標を達成できるようサポートすることも求められます。

市場参入（GtM）チームは、Google の複雑かつ進化し続ける広告ビジネスを運営するチームで、市場参入戦略の策定とその遂行において中核的な役割を担っています。主な広告ビジネスに特化したチームと、さまざまな広告ビジネスを横断的に扱うグローバル チームが存在し、各チームのメンバーは、分析的かつ戦略的な視点と、どうすれば目標を達成できるかという現実的な視点を持って業務に取り組んでいます。

**業務内容**:

- 所属部門全体の関係者と協力して、Google の市場参入の指針となる重要なアンケートを社内外に向けて作成および実施する。
- 業務プロセスの最適化、意思決定の精度向上、ビジネス上の新しい取り組みの支援に向け、データドリブンな推奨案を作成する。レポート、プレゼンテーション、ダッシュボードを活用して分析結果を効果的に伝える。
- 戦略的取り組みと業務改善の成果測定のために KPI を設定し、達成度を追跡する。また、方向性の修正が必要な分野を見極める。
- 現状のデータ収集、モデル作成、分析情報生成の各プロセスを維持および改善して、社外の市場動向を把握する（収益予想、予算支出配分の変更など）。
